I have worked with Livia on the sale of three properties and one purchase. Each and every time her knowledge and professionalism has been outstanding. I feel that it was because of her knowledge of the market and savvy in working within a deal that I got more than I expected when i sold my home. When I worked with her on the sale of my Mother’s condo, I knew the market wasn’t great and I feel that because of her experience we did as well or better than could be expected in a short period of time, relative to other properties. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and her desire to ensure as a client you have all the knowledge to make your own decision.
