Livia and Brendan were delightful to work with. We found support, understanding, patience and most of all trust with them which we believe is the most important thing a realtor should have. Our questions were always answered in full and within a reasonable time frame. Communication between them was great as they would go above and beyond to ensure we would get what we were looking for. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Without the help of Livia and Brendan we wouldn’t have been able to find our dream home. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the efforts that were put it.

Extremely accommodating. Always was willing to answer questions. Overall we felt like they had our best interest in mind; never had the feeling of being taken advantage of, like what I’ve experienced in the past. Articulated very well the pros and cons of every property we looked at. And most importantly, they gave to the point constructive feedback; no sugar coating in their thoughts and feedback (by no means were they mean feedbacks, no no no— just good old respectful ‘no sugar coating’ feedback) which these days are rare to find! And we very much appreciated it!
