Lindsie is a knowledgeable and experienced realtor that guided us through the process of selling and buying our home in a rapid evolving market, being always on top of trends and market shifts. She was extremely supportive throughout our house hunt journey, showing that she deeply cared for us. Lindsie quickly understood exactly what we're looking for and worked hard to find places we'd love. We were able to sell our place extremely fast and her amazing negotiation skills allowed us to close very good deals on both transactions! We first had Lindsie as our realtor almost 10 years ago when we bought our first home. We highly recommend her for anyone who's looking for a realtor!

I've recommended Lindsie to several friends and would not hesitate to recommend her again. My partner and I appreciated the fact that Lindsie brings a critical lens on the condition of buildings and the financial management of stratas. It was great to find a realtor who's as selective and cautious as we are when it comes to buildings and didn't want to waste our time on lemons. Lindsie is a very clear, honest, and straightforward communicator. We never picked up any salesperson vibes from her and always felt we could talk on a human level. She also has a lovely way with stressed out people and is understanding about the emotional turmoil involved in buying a home for the first time and everything that's at stake. She was kind and patient when we were indecisive at the 11th hour of offering. We knew she was busy with lots of clients, but she always responded to us promptly and attentively. I noted in the Yes/No question that we didn't get the value we wanted from this transaction, and that's just because we bought at the peak of the market and got embroiled in a bidding war when we were trying to avoid that situation. Forces beyond anyone's control!

Did everything right. No pressure, either. Excellent staging, clear understanding of the market and very patient. Excellent agent. Highly recommended.

She was very helpful with the post-purchase process and had timely and thorough answers for any questions we had. She also brought in elements of joy and celebration when we did find our home, which is something we may have otherwise lost sight of in all the practicalities.

We were also moving out of province at the same time, and every one of her recommendations - from the painter and stager to the notaries - made the sale the easiest part of a very stressful time in our lives.
