We were house hunting for over one year and had mediocre to bad experiences working with two other real estate agents before finding Lindsie. I didn't think the right agent could make such a big difference in a house search given all of the online resources available now, but wow, it really does. Lindsie is not only an expert in her field, she's also exceptionally skilled at communicating, negotiating, and working with people. She was able to navigate us through a complex seller situation with ease and excellent advice, resulting in us buying a house that is the perfect fit for our family. All done within a few months of starting our search with her. I don't believe we would have gotten to the same place with another realtor. She really is the best realtor out there.

After interviewing a few real state agents, we decided to go with Lindsie and we are very happy with her! Lindsie helped us sell the condo and buy a townhouse. She has never pushed us into making decisions that we weren’t comfortable with even during the crazy market hysteria! She was very thorough, and communicative throughout the whole process. Lindsie helped me purchase a condo in Burnaby a few months ago. At that point I had known her for over a year. We ran into a big issue along the way which was completely out of our control. I was getting desperate and impatient but Lindsie steered me away from some properties that were not a good fit for me. You'll know what she's doing, and what you need to do, every step of the way. And she gets results: our unit sold for the highest-ever price in the building! When buying, she'll work with you to really understand what you're looking for (not just the specs like how many rooms, but also the subtler things that set one home apart from another) and she'll provide carefully selected listings. She'll also help you understand the micro-markets of the neighbourhoods you're looking at.

Lindsie kept us informed and updated throughout the process, and worked hard around the clock to make sure we did not miss any opportunities.
