We loved working with Lindsie. She was friendly, professional, and seemed to understand the needs of our family. She was knowledgable about the neighbourhood, identified considerations about properties that we had not noticed, and was realistic about the market we were in. She supported us through the practicalities of buying a home for the first time, and was calm and reassuring as we navigated the emotional ups and downs of this process. She was very helpful with the post-purchase process and had timely and thorough answers for any questions we had. She also brought in elements of joy and celebration when we did find our home, which is something we may have otherwise lost sight of in all the practicalities.

Lindsie helped us so much with the sale of our condo! We were also moving out of province at the same time, and every one of her recommendations - from the painter and stager to the notaries - made the sale the easiest part of a very stressful time in our lives. After a negative experience with a selling realtor (not Lindsie), we were looking for a reliable, honest and professional realtor to help us with the buying purchase in the crazy 2021-2022 real estate market in Vancouver. Lindsie was recommended to us by our good friends. After interviewing 10 realtors, we landed on Lindsie, as she was organized, had strong communication skills, was very responsive, and listened carefully to our needs. Lindsie was a calm presence throughout our hunt for our new home, and an excellent sounding board. She has strong knowledge of the real estate market and home ownership, including renovation costs and implications of different components of a home such as type of wiring, building materials, possible water damage and mould, etc. With Lindsie's help, the terrifying process of buying a house in Vancouver was as smooth as possible. We landed our first offer (no subjects, did an inspection in advance). She expertly helped guide us through the process while allowing us to make our own decisions. We absolutely recommend Lindsie!

Lindsie is so great to work with! We have bought and sold with Lindsie before and when we were ready to look for a new place, she was the first person we went to. She is super knowledgeable about Vancouver neighbourhoods, types of properties, and what kinds of things to avoid. She often pointed out things about properties (both good and bad) that we didn't even notice! She was so patient with our seemingly endless hunt for the right place - it took many, many viewings, endless text messages (mostly from me) and a few rejected offers before we were able to get our house. When we had offers that didn't get accepted, she didn't let us get discouraged and never pressured us to do anything we didn't want to do. We didn't want to accept a place below our standards, go beyond our budget or look in areas we didn't want to live in and Lindsie listened to us each step of the way to make sure we kept moving in the right direction. One of the things I value about Lindsie is she is honest and realistic about what to expect and what you can afford while still supporting you in finding the place you want. When we referred our friends to her who were looking for a similar type of place, Lindsie was the one who reached out to us with a novel idea - why not look for a house together that had separate suites? At the time it seemed like a far out idea, but 6 months later, the group found our dream home. We all got so much more out of the one property than we would've out of two separate properties - both from a cost perspective as well as a square footage perspective. And who doesn't want to share the duties of taking out the garbage and shoveling snow with another household? That kind of outside the box thinking from Lindsie got us all to where we are today and I could not be more grateful that she supported us all through this process. Her attention to detail also helped us all make sure that the sales of our respective homes went smoothly and were aligned so we didn't need to worry about things like closing dates - she already had it all taken care of. She is also incredibly helpful with tips and resources - whether it's getting your place staged and ready for sale, or helping you with contractors/vendors for the new place, Lindsie always knows someone that she can refer you to. Not necessary, but definitely helpful during the stressful buying & selling period. Thanks Lindsie for being a great realtor!

Lindsie was a great real estate agent to work with for my first home buying experience! She brought a wealth of knowledge and a personable and positive attitude to the home buying experience. She taught me a lot about what to look for in the viewings and in documents when deciding if I wanted to offer on a place. She was available any time of day to respond to my questions and was timely in helping me book viewings and conducting detailed reviews! I would without a doubt use Lindsie for my next home buying or selling experience!
