<p>We would definitely recommend Linda and Jennifer to our friends and family. They always responded promptly to our emails and messages and their level of customer service was excellent!</p>

<p>I have had the pleasure to work with Linda for the purchase of not one, but two properties. AND, she helped me find a lessee for one of those! Each time, I felt like she was available at the drop of a hat. She always came to meet me, and always made me feel like my time was her time. She ensured I had realistic expectations of all of the properties in the running, which included things like potential future value; surrounding environment/amenities; commute times; and community safety.</p> <p>While Linda kept my needs and wants at the top of the list, and sent me suggestions daily--always being available to email back and forth if I had any questions regarding properties that matched my requests, I always felt that my well-being was the TOP TOP of the list. She wanted to make sure that I was going to be safe in my new home. We talked to neighbours and security (when purchasing my condo), and her knowledge of different areas helped to influence where I finally purchased.</p> <p>Linda is able to get you from "I love this house" to putting in a offer the same night--she is extremely proficient at getting paperwork submitted and completed for you! So no waiting!</p> <p>One of the most professional factors that Linda displays is her ability to be neutral. While she will be honest with you when you have any questions about a neighbourhood or property, there is never any pressure. She wants YOU to be sure the next home you live in is right for YOU.</p> <p>Again, my favourite thing about working with Linda is that while I am sure I emailed one too many times, or asked one too many questions, I never felt like I was interrupting her or that she was too busy for me. I felt like I was a priority, and she always worked with my schedule (which can be quite hectic).</p> <p>I have had two successful purchases and one lessor, and I while I'm not in a rush to move again, I will surely be working with Linda if the need to move comes up!</p>

<p>Linda is an extremely friendly, practical, and helpful person. She was able to help guide us through a delicate and sometimes difficult real-estate transaction involving commercial property. Her knowledge, experience, and diplomacy helped to ensure the deal got done & that our interests were protected along the way.</p>

<p>This was the easiest, stress free transaction. Linda was very informative as we were new to the Condo market. Linda walked us through several condos to help us determine if the size of condo was suitable for our needs and usage.</p>
