After our first meeting with Linda we knew immediately that we would list our property with her. She responded to our emails and phone calls promptly, and made the whole process painless. I wouldn’t hesitate to list with her again and would recommend her to my friends and family. She was a pleasure to work with.

She is realistic in her expectations for staging and presenting the property for sale. The professionals she associates herself with, the stager and videographer, were both outstanding. Linda is efficient, lots of patience, easy to communicate with and still remained professional. We are not the easiest clients to deal with but she handled it no problem. She got over asking price on our sale. We are still working on our purchase. I would highly recommend her.
