At 33, I would not have expected to have purchased two homes, but life throws curve balls, and Linda was right there to coach me on in both situations! Though she may specialize in Caledon, I live in Toronto, and Linda found me the perfect home (in both instances!). She was professional in all encounters with homeowners, other agents, me and my lawyers. She is knowledgeable, so I felt completely confident in her recommendations throughout the process (whether it was related to home inspections --she knew exactly who to call and how to sift through all of that information; putting in an offer--she was fair and realistic; location--encouraged me to look for exactly what I wanted within my budget; and on mortgages--information on rates and insurance and making it work for me!). Linda is kind and patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The process was extremely easy and stress-free, and before I knew it, I was a home owner. If you are looking for someone who is thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, and who listens to what you wants, you will be thrilled working with Linda. Thank you, Linda, for everything!</p>
