I am grateful to the friend who recommended Lily when a member of my family was selling his home. Since I do not live in Calgary I found Lily's knowledge of the market particularly helpful. There was a significant amount of 'hand holding' needed and Lily was always available to assist us. I appreciated, as did our lawyer, that her paperwork was meticulous, presented in a timely manner and she explained every step of the process with patience and understanding.
