Lily was awesome from start to finish. This was my first home purchase and she used her negotiating power as well as her "in" with contacts to make this process seamless and quick.

Lily is a great agent, very patient and accommodating for all of our showings. We had to buy at the listing price but we understand this has more to do with current market trends than anything else and given Lily's advice we did manage to get the house we wanted without having to go through a bidding war.

She was guiding me and supporting me on every step during selling my existing home and buying the new home. Her wide experience on the real estate market is exceptional. On top of this she creates great relationships and actually takes time and effort to know you and match to the max your needs and wants with your financial abilities. Great experience.
