<p>Lily has helped us to buy two houses and sell one. Our most recent sale and purchase were challenged due to market conditions and unforeseen issues that arose with the house we were purchasing. Lily worked tirelessly to help us achieve our sale and purchase, helping us to navigate many pitfalls and problems along the way. She has EXCELLENT negotiation skills which we benefited from in each of our purchases and sale, and they offer excellent photography and house brochures. Most importantly, Lily was always there to answer our questions and negotiate offers, no matter what time of day or night. She and Wilson are a real pleasure to work with and we very likely wouldn't be in our dream home right now if it wasn't for their hard work and perseverance. I am happy to recommend Lily for anyone looking to buy or sell their home in Calgary.</p>
