It has been an extreme pleasure working with Lily in the purchase of our condo. She is very prompt in answering our questions by phone, text, email, etc. She went to great lengths to arrange showings that worked with our schedule. Very familiar with the NW area we were interested in she didn't waste anytime taking us to showings that didn't meet our criteria. Her professionalism and honesty gave us confidence in her without question. If we had questions that she needed answers from the seller Lily was prompt in getting the answers back to us. Lily was non-judgemental and gave us her opinion when we needed her professional opinion. A lot goes into the purchase of a home. When you have that feeling you are working with a professional and can develop a friendship with that person, the trust factor that this person is guiding negotiations in your best interest is very comforting. When the negotiations get results that exceed one's expectations you know you made the right choice with Lily Chow. I have dealt with numerous real estate agents but Lily is head and shoulders above them all. Lily will be my go to person when I am in the market for real estate and the the first name that will roll off my lips when asked for a recommendation to a friend.

Lily is the consummate professional. We looked for some time to find the ideal home for us and she was so patient and informative....always giving us the straight up advice. She knows her stuff- property values, market trends and most of all how to be patient and optimistic on a home search. Phone calls and texts were always answered promptly with a cheerful supportive attitude. We felt like her only clients- she was always available and on it! Our home buying experience was at times a challenge but with Lily at our side we knew it would all work out. We certainly will look to her again when we are ready to list and buy our next perfect home!

Lily was very helpful when I found a property I was interested in and figuring out what comparable properties were selling for in the neighborhood. During the negotiation stage Lily gives great advice on how to proceed with counter offers. Overall I would recommend Lily for selling and purchasing a property as I have used her services several times and am always happy with the outcome.

My wife and I are so glad we chose Lilly, she was so positive and encouraging when it came to selling our house.We have bought and sold many houses over the years and we can say without a doubt she was the best. She even brought over the most amazing dumplings for us when the sale was complete. We are glad to call Lilly and her husband friends now.

When choosing a realtor the very first quality we look for is promptness, do they return our texts, phone calls or emails promptly as great communication is very, very important. Lily was outstanding in this area, she was so prompt at getting back to us that we were even surprised by it. I felt that she really understood our property and the value of it that other realtors might have missed, she really does her homework. Lily was prompt, very efficient, very professional and very positive believing that even though we are going through Covid people were still buying and selling homes. Lily’s positivity really rubbed off on us and we were actually excited to go through the selling process with her. One thing I read about Lily on the reviews was that she had outstanding negotiating stills and she did not disappoint, this alone is a great reason to have her as a realtor. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Lily to anyone looking for a realtor and we would absolutely use her again, she is by far the best realtor we have had and we have had a lot.
