Lily was my landlord for a basement rental I lived in for a year. She was responsive, attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. She also very much respected our space, and made us feel at home. I had to move out to a bigger place, and she was the first person I asked to help me look for a place, because I've had such a positive experience with her. A fair and respectful landlord.

Lily gave great advice on where we should price our home when going into the market. The house sold after one viewing and we got the full asking price! While we did not need to negotiate during this transaction, I've used Lily's services in the past and she is very helpful during negotiations.
