Lily is brilliant! As first time home buyers we were intimidated and nervous with really no clue on how the process worked. when we met lily she brightened not only our day but shined a new light on our first time experience. Her immense knowledge of property values, neighborhood locations and negotiation skills are the best in this field. She will always having you laughing and smiling from her bubbly personality! Lily performs for her clients and is the best in our opinions she found us the home of our dreams and we couldn’t be happier to have had her on our team to seal the deal!

I have bought two houses with Lily’s help and have been more than blown away. Referred her to some friends of mine and they were left with the same sentiment as I was. She isn’t pushy and yet listens. Keeps you focused on what you expressed you wanted so you are happy with your purchase long term. She will go below your highest number to win a deal and displays an attitude that isn’t about the commission.

It has been an extreme pleasure working with Lily in the purchase of our condo.
