Kayla was great throughout the entire process. Always a great communicator, and very informed about the housing market. She was very receptive to what we were looking for, made great suggestions, and talked us through everything (when we knew bascially nothing about property/conveyancing process). She was always willing to chat with us if we didn't understand something, or inspect houses, and provided us with frank and professional opinions to manage our expectations and to help steer our strategy. She had contact info at the ready to connect us with other professionals who are required throughout the conveyancing process. We found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. My wife and I had a very positive experience working with Kayla and were are extremely appreciative of her services and the outcome she secured for us. We would highly recommend her services.

I first met Kayla when I was at the beginning of my real estate journey, at an open house she was hosting. I was immediately struck by her professionalism, yet warm, friendly, and engaging demeanour. I wasn't in a place where I was ready to begin seriously looking, but I knew I would want to work with Kayla when I did. Kayla kept in contact, and ensured I was kept informed via regular market updates. Once I was ready to go, Kayla was awesome! She was encouraging and supportive, and made sure I had all my ducks in a row. Knowing what my preferences were, and my budget, she persuaded me to expand the types of properties I was looking at, and shortly thereafter, we found *the one*. She negotiated well on my behalf, was straightforward in communicating my offer to the listing agent, and my first offer was accepted. Right now, I am loving my new home, and have never had a moment of buyer's remorse. I have no intention of moving any time soon, but will make sure to use Kayla again if I am ever in the market to buy/sell, and have no hesitation in recommending her services to others.

Kayla, not only helped me buy my new home but she also guided me with the sell my townhome. During the buying process, Kayla quickly arranged appointments to visit homes that I was interested and was knowledgeable about market trends. When it came time to sell my townhome, Kayla provided excellent advice about when to list, listing at a competitive price, staging and more. My townhome sold within 3 days.
