Kayla is a real estate professional with excellent communication and people skills. Buying a condo (my first!) in the pressured April real estate tsunami was not something I anticipated doing. Kayla listened to my specific needs and wishes regarding location and type of dwelling, mapped out areas and sent listings, promptly set up a few viewings which helped me to better refine what I wanted. When I had to return home to Vancouver, a condo came up which seemed to fill all my wishes, so I viewed it following her IPhone. We promptly put in an offer and she guided me through this especially nerve-wracking process from another city and three time zones away, while she gave me the factual details of the process and encouraged me to listen to my own intuition. I was successful and I’m in the process of moving in. She was able to refer me to an excellent painting team and is a source should I need other tradesmen for refinements. Her natural easy-going communication style, energy, and confidence along with her knowledge and professionalism makes her a real estate agent I would not hesitate to recommend.

We were looking for an investment property. Kayla helped us consider and evaluate a number of different options (condos, single family homes, multi dwelling units, urban vs. rural) and listened to what we were looking for. Her market knowledge and experience also helped identify additional things to consider as we went through the process. She was always prepared for our meetings and patient with us when were not as prepared. Very happy with the end result!

Kayla was very helpful in finding a place for me. She never pushed me to make a decision on a property or a price, and I am grateful for that. With Kayla I found what I was looking for, I found my home!
