Kayla helped us quickly close on the house that we had been waiting for. We appreciated how responsive and patient Kayla was with us - never far when we had a question!

We were long distance sellers and never met Kayla face to face. All communication was via phone, emails, texts and FaceTime. We were given Kayla’s name by a trusted realtor and we were not disappointed. Kayla was absolutely amazing with no challenge being too much for her to overcome. Challenges included an exceptionally messy tenant, liaising with the us, the tenant, property management company, condo management and lawyers. Kayla coordinated everything in a very professional and timely manner. Kayla even caulked our bathtub surround. Loved it. I highly recommend Kayla to anyone considering listing their property and would definitely use her services again.

Kayla recently helped us buy a home in Ottawa moving from the GTA and she went above and beyond to help us. She made the whole process and transit so smooth. Answered all my questions and concerns promptly. Kayla is such a genuine person and you can tell she really cares about her clients. 10/10 would recommend!

What a great agent! We've had the opportunity to have Kayla as our agent 3 times over the past few years. She was equally knowledgeable with helping us buy and sell. We first sold a condo a few years ago, and then later a sale and purchase of a family home.
