When I first bought in 2020, my realtor did an excellent job helping me lock in a great deal. But I always regretted working with her because when I had previously daydreamed about buying my first home, I envisioned having a realtor that I really vibed with, that shared my enthusiasm and perhaps even common interests. When I bought, the whole experience felt transactional and quite impersonal. When I started thinking about selling, it meant a lot that I find a realtor who was a better fit for me. After my first introductory meeting with Kayla, I knew she was the one! She is so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. And I was so pleased to bond over some common interests - love of the outdoors, boating, etc. I know that Kayla absolutely got me the best price for my precious first home. While also creating a fun experience that was minimally stressful (my factory setting is anxious, so this is really saying something)! This was exactly the experience that I had hoped to have with my first realtor. I’m very happy to share that should I ever move again, Kayla will be my only choice. I will be singing Kayla’s (and the Tulip Team’s) praises to family and friends. 10/10 experience. I’m so excited to embark on this next chapter of my life with maximum profit in my pocket from my first house sale!
