They demonstrated 100% professionalism, effort and patience to help us find exactly what we were looking for in a home during exceptionally stressful times with the pandemic. Lauren helped me sell my condo in May 2021. It was my first time selling a property and Lauren made the process very simple. She advised us what needed to be done before we listed, such as touch ups and staging, and she was available whenever I had any questions along the way. It was the height of the pandemic and based on comparables in my building and the general area, I was expecting to sell in the low 800s. With Lauren's careful strategy and negotiation skills, we were able to secure a sale in the first couple of days for $880,000 and with the closing date that we wanted! Overall, Lauren was very knowledgeable about the process and the area, very experienced, and responsive to my many questions. I highly recommend Lauren for any of your real estate needs.
