I recently had the pleasure of working with Kathy Gordon in the sale of my father’s house after he lived there for almost 70 years. It seemed like an overwhelming task, but Kathy and her team had a comprehensive plan and the house was ready and on the market in a little over a week after our initial meeting and a sold sign followed a few days after that. Lauren, Joe and Kathy each have their area of expertise and no task was ever any trouble for them. Whether it was Joe taking down curtains, carrying appliances up from the basement, or Kathy pruning shrubs, they helped to do it all! Kathy went above and beyond throughout the entire process, responding to emails and calls immediately, giving tips and reminders as I navigated all of the required tasks associated with the sale. Kathy and her team made an overwhelming and emotional time seem manageable. Nobody knows the neighbourhood like Kathy and she is an expert in her field. I would highly recommend Kathy and Lauren as nobody will work harder for you!
