Our family was faced with the difficult decision to help my ailing Mom sell her home of 37 years. Kathy was able to meet with our Mom walk her through the process while making her feel at ease. Kathy's contact base generated a qualified buyer within a week and a week later we closed the sale transaction. Kathy also connected us with Dominique Sanguinetti of Sanguinetti Associates, a lawyer who's expertise and understanding provided us with a seamless sales close while providing our Mom with confidence and assurances that made her feel at ease. I must also commend Kathy for assisting us with moving out house hold items by providing us with a contact person at I Got Jun. Our contact person had a truck and two men at the house the next morning, they where quick and polite. A special shot out to Kathy's husband Joe for taking MSL listing pictures of the home both inside and out. Joe also made special trips to the house providing us with extra boxes, shipping tape and shipping paper. Thank you Joe, be well!! This was a sale that required personal touches, Kathy and the people behind her provided that and more, all are highly recommended. We are very thankful for the service provided.
