You can be certain when you work with Kathy, you are getting someone with extensive experience and knowledge of the neighbourhood. Kathy has tremendous follow up skills and I felt like I was always kept informed. I listed at a horrible time of the year, just before Christmas and Kathy was very realistic but worked all of the angles and followed up with everyone. In the end we had a very quick sale.

We recently worked with Kathy Gordon to sell our home in Toronto because we were relocating to another province in Canada. Kathy was excellent! We have bought and sold many homes over the years and can easily say she is the best realtor we have ever worked with by a long shot. She is extremely conscientious, an excellent communicator and knows the market so well.
