This Lady is a spark plug , on the ball at all times . She helped us buy a property , the deal was signed , downpayment given , it was ours . However a better property more to our liking became available . She got us out off the deal , our downpayment back and into the new property .What can I say!!

Katherine was very attentive to my needs and made every effort to find what I was looking for. She also made sure that the home was up to standards when I moved in - the previous owners had left a lot of items in kitchen drawers and in the basement so she contacted the seller's agent to have the items picked up and removed from the property. She also hired a cleaner at her expense as the previous owners had not done a thorough job of cleaning before moving out. She was very thoughtful and helpful in both finding a suitable property and during my move.

Katherine was an awesome partner in purchasing our new home. She put in a lot of effort to expedite the process. Her level of professionalism is outstanding and we highly recommend her as your first choice for a realtor.
