Katheryn was very patient and obliging during the purchase of our first home in Kamloops. She spent three months driving in a radius of 60 km of the city only for us to purchase the first home she showed us. Good luck in Kelowna!

We were in a situation where we didn't have a lot of time to purchase our new home. We literally had one weekend to purchase a home in time to be out of our existing one before the new owners took possession. To add to that stress, we were moving cities. We contacted Katherine on a recommendation and we were so lucky we did. From first contact we felt looked after. She answered every phone call we made and email we sent very quickly. She narrowed down homes for us to view from our needs and wants checklist, so when we made the trip up from the lower mainland to view the homes and make the purchase it was so straightforward and stress free for us. Katherine is a very skilled negotiator and got us the price we wanted on the house we loved.

Katherine did all the things that have been pointed out very successfully and got me a much better price for my home than I thought I could. Very happy about that!

Katherine did her job and did it well. She handled the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new place with skill and speed. Although the sale and purchase of these two residences was relatively simple, she covered all bases. She was able to sell my home within five days at a price above the listed selling price. I also appreciated her no nonsense approach. Whenever, I had a question, she would get back to me immediately. She is also a good listener and focused in on my priorities. She didn't waste my time taking me to homes that didn't fit my criteria. I would recommend Katherine to any person who will be buying a new residence in Kelowna. As I said before, Katherine does her job well.

I found Katherine to be, personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable, understanding, outstanding etc., etc., etc. There are not enough adjectives to describe what Katherine meant to me in dealing with the sale of my house. It was a sale due to a divorce. Katherine bent over backwards to make it happen as quickly as possible. She also helped me by find my current home within a time frame that seemed insurmountable She was so professional and yet kind at the same time. I was disappointed to hear she moved to Kelowna, lucky for them and sad for us.

Katherine understood what my wants were, but mostly what my budget was. As a result, she found a place that fit the budget (actually negotiated to under budget) that left me enough room to do some renovations. Most of my wants were met. During the process I was showed properties that were on budget or close to budget, and that included most of my wish list. I did have a previous realtor before Katherine that showed me places that were way over budget or that were very run down, not Katherine. We looked at a fair amount of places and I was comforted by her comment, 'the right place is out there and we will find it'. Doing the whole buying process Katherine was there to help, even after I moved in, she checked on how the process and purchase was doing Always there to answer any questions. I would definately used Katherine again, and recommend her to all.
