Honest, tolerant, and accessible: Katherine was a pleasure to work with. I particularly enjoyed being able to call, text, or email her and receive a response within 24 hours (typically within 1-2 hours). She collaborated very fluidly with the sellers agent, getting answers to our questions quickly. We can be challenging clients because we're not afraid of asking the tough questions. In addition, we negotiated hard... which could have been frustrating for Katherine but she seemed to handle it with ease. With Katherines help we were able to get 20% off initial asking price.
