I was thankful I met Katherine one Sunday and my Lawyer asked me the following Monday if I had a Realtor and I had asked for her business card. When When i met her I said I may need you in the new year as I knew we would be listing our house For Sale. Right away she was there for me and served me each step of the way. She was easy to talk to, always available, explained the process and made the whole process smooth. I'm not tech savey but she showed me and helped set up my new laptop and phone so I could use them. Doing all the bookings on line was efficient and worked well. Her appraisal of the home was CORRECT and we had 12 showings and received three offers. She carried through each step efficiently and professionally. She was trustworthy and confidential. Selling your home is both emotional and physical but her confidence and assurance helped me. She went above and beyond what is expected of a REALTOR.

Katherine is very professional resulting in a positive experience for us. The marketing analysis she provided us for selling a condo was very benificial in understanding the Kelwona real estate market. We live in Winnipeg and selling in another province was new to us. She provided guidance and answered all of our concerns. Very relaxed with Katherine as she is very honest and upfront. She was always availiable either by phone or e mail. Should anyone wanting to purchase or sell a property we would highly recommend her.

I recently bought a condo with her as my realtor she was very helpful throughout the process especially given the fact I was a first time buyer and was punctual with emails and appointments, overall I would really recommend her if you're trying to buy a home.

We engaged Katherine long before we were in a position to sell our home and buy a new one. We told her that we were selling our home in six months. Despite knowing this she was eager to help us. She began by taking us around the different neighbourhoods and to different catagories of homes and fully discussed the buying market with us. When we did sell our home we began looking at replacement options in ernest. We were always comfortable with her advice and suggestions to view. We changed our criteria several times and she adapted her showings accordingly. When we did decide to make an offer she guided us through the process and provided what was to become successful advice. After we signed the contract she stayed in touch and helped us through the closing process. Katherine was great! Buying in this insane market was not easy, and we made offers on numerous houses before we were able to successfully get an accepted offer. For each property, Katherine drafted multiple offers, which allowed us to submit the offer of our choice promptly, depending on if it was a multiple offer situation. She then drafted multiple counter offers. The entire process was extremely frustrating, but it would have been impossible without an agent who was willing to work tirelessly on your behalf.
