My partner and I had an amazing experience working with Kate. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we were looking into from build quality and long-term value. What stood out most was that she never pressured us into buying. Instead, she genuinely wanted us to find the right home that fit our needs. As two nurses with odd schedules, we really appreciated how flexible and accommodating she was. She and her husband Peter (who also did some showings) were both professional, patient, and insightful. She also knew how to negotiate with sellers effectively she even got us a discount after one of our showings! On top of that, she offers cashback despite offering full services, so it is very helpful especially as first time home buyers. We couldn’t recommend Kate and Peter enough. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy realtor team.

Kate and Peter were an excellent team who provided thoughtful insights into our purchase options. As first time home buyers, they were patient with us and thoroughly explained the home purchase process to ensure that we were well informed before making any decision. They were very accommodating and made viewing prospective properties informative and enjoyable. They worked with our criteria and budget. They also pointed out what our limits would be and how the market was at the time of our search/purchase. Kate and Peter shared with us their deep knowledge of the condo market when we had our viewings: what to look for in a unit/building, what are the advantages and disadvantages, potential issues in the far future, etc. Finally, we really appreciated their effort in keeping constant communication, detailed walkthrough of all the documents, as well as honest opinions which helped us inform our own. There's no pushy nor rushing advice. They respected our views. Highly recommend.
