They also pointed out what our limits would be and how the market was at the time of our search/purchase. Kate and Peter shared with us their deep knowledge of the condo market when we had our viewings: what to look for in a unit/building, what are the advantages and disadvantages, potential issues in the far future, etc. Finally, we really appreciated their effort in keeping constant communication, detailed walkthrough of all the documents, as well as honest opinions which helped us inform our own.
