Katayoon is so knowledgeable and organized. This is our second time working with her buying our new home and selling our old. She led us through a stressful time with a million things happening (during Xmas and Covid-19) and helped prepare our house to look it’s best for showings. She was able to explain every step of the process and helped us to understand what each step involved. We are very happy to have had Katayoon as our realtor.

I have bought and sold several properties, each with a different agent. My most recent experience with Katayoon was by far the best. She is knowledgable, professional and she really cares about giving her client the best experience. She listens closely and she gives you straight advice, even when it is difficult to hear. She is the only realtor I would recommend to family or friends with 100% confidence.

My husband and I had a truly outstanding experience with Katayoon. Initially, we have been uneasy about selling our home during the Covid-19 emergency situation, and this was our very first experience with Katayoon. Little did we know that there was no reason to be concerned! She made sure all the safety precautions have been followed at all times. Her staging skills are remarkable and unique; surprisingly, she is also an artist and paints pictures that she has displayed for the staging in our home. Incredibly, she sold our home within days and above the listing price!It was a total surprise, however, Katayoon is such a hard worker, compassionate, and a true professional who is totally committed to a successful outcome. She has fulfilled all of are axpectations and beyond. She has been transparent and up front about the entire process, including the bidding details.
