I am so grateful to have had Katayoon be my realtor. She went well beyond what my expectations were and helped prepare my place to be listed by providing packing boxes to declutter, had movers move the boxes into storage and she had my place professionally cleaned. She made every step of the way go as smooth as possible given her competency and professionalism and my place sold very quickly generating multiple offers and resulting in a price way over asking. Katayoon was recommended by my mortgage broker as "one of the best real state agents he knows". And we loved working with her, indeed. She helped us buy our townhome in Squamish. Katayoon was very quick in assessing the scenario and negotiating price and terms for us. She kept us on the loop for everything that happened and gave great advice on the decisions we had to make. This was Nov 2021. I had a month old baby and can say that the whole process was stress free. We bough the first townhome we visited, without overpaying. In addition to being an expert and very professional, Katayoon is a great person to deal with, very kind and I can say I did really enjoy working with her!

Katayoon Webb is absolutely amazing. She got me top price for my apartment... a new record for the building. She let me know what was happening every step of the way, listened to me and gave me great advice. She is an absolute expert in every detail of the process, from staging, to knowing what price to post, to negotiating with buyers, to getting all the paperwork done...the whole package! In addition to being an amazing realtor she also staged my place with beautiful art that she painted herself as well as perfectly selected furniture. I would not go to anyone else.

I recently used Katayoon to sell my place. I needed a little extra support in preparing my home for sale and she kindly offered every type of support I could utilize. She made great suggestions about how to best prepare the home and once ready, staged it so beautifully. I felt well supported and really appreciated her no-pressure guidance. Setting a price, dealing with very busy showings and negotiating offers all went smoothly and professionally. There were many great offers and I accepted a fantastic final on the very first day offers were accepted. From start to finish everything went quickly and as expected.
