Katayoon helped us buy our first property, her help made this process much easier and smoother than it could have been. Her skill in negotiation is outstanding. Her guidance did not end with the purchase and she also provided us with really useful advice for the renovations and other pre-moving processes. I strongly suggest Katayoon for first time home-buyers, and anyone looking for an agent who goes beyond the expectations and takes the extra step.
