But Justin Layton was a great real estate agent to work with for the first time. He was very knowledgable and patient with my questions during my first home buying experience. Justin had the knowledge and information of the particular area I was looking at purchasing my home in and answered my questions about the area. Justin was very professional when presenting the homes I was looking at and talked about things that were important aspects in purchasing a first home. Justin used other professionals he collaborated with (mortgage broker and home inspector) to help with my first home purchase. Justin answered emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Once the negotiation of the house began, Justin kept me informed during the process and any significant development in purchasing the house. I would highly recommend Justin Layton if you are purchasing or selling your home in Edmonton.
