It was great working with Justin. In 2016, I moved from Calgary to Edmonton and Justin made this transition so smooth. I emailed him while still living on Calgary and asked for help on a specific weekend to look at homes in my price range and within a certain geographical radius. Justin was more than happy to help, sent me searches to filter and provided expertise on locations and had insight to things I didnt even know like distance to transit and overall community amenities. Working with Justin I found my dream home in Edmonton! I never felt any pressure and have recommended him to other people (and will continue to do so). If I buy or sell another home here in Edmonton, he will be my first choice!

<p>Justin helped my wife and I purchase our first home recently. He was an outstanding agent and we enjoyed working with him. His online portal was very helpful in narrowing our search and updating us on new listings. Justin was always accessible to answer questions that we had and to show us homes that we were interested in. At the time of our search, we were actually living out of town so Justin even went and looked at a lot of places alone to determine whether they would be of interest to us. There is no question, Justin was perfect for us. So kind, friendly and wonderfully helpful. We have always been grateful for him in our real estate ventures. Justin always looked out for us and is completely genuine. We loved the experience he created for us. We have used him 3 times, next move will be with Justin, here’s hoping he doesn’t retire first. Justin came to us highly recommended from a family member who had used Justin's professional services previously with outstanding results. In 2018 Justin listed the first home, an Estate sale, which sold within a reasonable period of time. The second property, our personal home, was listed for just three days when multiple offers were received, one accepted at full list value. Justin was then able to find us a new home which met all of our expectations and was able to negotiate an acceptable price. Justin responded immediately to all our phone/email requests and upon request provided a legal representative who assisted with all three transactions in a professional manner.
