Justin is an outstanding realtor and we couldn’t have been happier working with him. He was extremely accommodating, meeting us late evening to complete necessary paperwork. He was happy to show us the property we were interested in several times and didn’t make us feel pressured whatsoever. He helped us find our dream home and we would definitely recommend him to others!

I have used Justin Layton for the last several years. When my wife and I first met, we both had houses. We decided to move into my wife's house. After renting the house for a number of years, we put my house up for sale with Justin. He did an excellent listing, and the house sold quickly, and at a price more than I expected. Six years later, my wife and I decided to move to a more convenient neighbourhood. We had our eyes on a particular house. Justin showed us a few houses in the area, but we really wanted this one house. Justin negotiated (and it was a long negotiation over a few weeks) and got the house for a great price. We are very happy in the neighbourhood, and plan to live here for life. Last year, my brother was moved to a lodge, so I hired Justin to sold his condo. The condo was in a building which had other condos for sale. We were able to sell after only a few weeks, again for a price we got a great price. Recently, my daughter and her husband decided to buy a house, after renting for a few years. I recommended Justin to my daughter and son in law, and they were really happy with the work that Justin put into finding the right house for them and for the right price. Frankly, I would recommend Justin to ANY ONE if you are buying or selling. Justin has always gotten the best prices for us, either buying or selling. He is a very professional, and has helped all of us through to the end of the sale, and follows up after sale to ensure we are happy.

Justin is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He guided us through the process in an efficient manner and provided honest and valuable opinions when asked. We never felt pressured to purchase or hurry the the process along. Justin took the time with us until we found the right property for us. I can't say enough good things about him. If you want an honest, hard working agent whose priority is nothing less than your complete satisfaction, he is your guy.

It was great working with Justin. In 2016, I moved from Calgary to Edmonton and Justin made this transition so smooth. I emailed him while still living on Calgary and asked for help on a specific weekend to look at homes in my price range and within a certain geographical radius. Justin was more than happy to help, sent me searches to filter and provided expertise on locations and had insight to things I didnt even know like distance to transit and overall community amenities. Working with Justin I found my dream home in Edmonton! I never felt any pressure and have recommended him to other people (and will continue to do so). If I buy or sell another home here in Edmonton, he will be my first choice!
