Justin knew we were taking the long road to find my new home. We started looking almost a year ago and I had a very broad idea of what I wanted (meaning I wasn’t so sure). I knew the neighbourhoods I was interested in but didn’t know how much TLC I had the ability (or desire) to put into a house. The market has been busy and I soon learned that if you liked something, you had to view it ASAP to even have a chance to consider it. Once Justin got a sense of what I wanted he was able to vet properties upfront to minimize time spent viewing. Ultimately, we found a great home and we are so excited to start making it our own.

My wife Taylor and I had a fantastic experience working with Justin for our first time buying a home. Justin pointed out things we would not have known to look at with potential properties, making the very confusing and, at times, overwhelming experience very clear and not stressful. Justin’s frequent communication and updates were also highly appreciated. With Justin’s help, we found a newly renovated bungalow-style condo in a very competitive market.
