Justin is the ideal realtor, no exaggeration. Professional, friendly, responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. Being a first-time home buyer is a very daunting experience starting out, but Justin made everything simple and seamless. If there was anything I needed to take action on, he would always ensure to remind me. He never pressured me during the buying process and encouraged me to take as much time as I needed to find the right place. His knowledge of neighborhoods was extremely helpful, because although I was looking in a lower price range, I didn't want to be somewhere unsafe. Justin also advised against putting in offers on a few places because of expensive work likely required (i.e. shingles, windows, grading issues, ripping out flooring/walls due to pet damage). Although, he's not a house inspector, he's been present for countless housing inspections and generally knows what major issues to look out for. The thing I'm most grateful for is his experience in dealing with highly contested properties with multiple offers. His suggestions for navigating the situation helped me secure the property and I didn't have to guess or make an offer excessively over the listing price. Justin was extremely knowledgeable on everything including (but not limited to) neighbourhoods, technical aspects of homes such as advising of potential work needed to bring up-to-spec, enhancements and so much more. He was extremely patient, very responsive and super at communication. Oh, he negotiated down the price quite a bit which was nice. He truly cares about us and we never felt pressured I do a sale. We felt zero stress during this phase on what I've been told can be painful. I learned so much from him. Thank you Justin and hope to work with you again in the future.
