Justin was a huge help when it came to buying my first property. He was always available to work around my rigid work schedule and his communication was great. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with the negotiation process as well as attending our home inspection. Justin is a great person and realtor, I would gladly use him again without hesitation.

Justin knew we were taking the long road to find my new home. We started looking almost a year ago and I had a very broad idea of what I wanted (meaning I wasn’t so sure). I knew the neighbourhoods I was interested in but didn’t know how much TLC I had the ability (or desire) to put into a house. The market has been busy and I soon learned that if you liked something, you had to view it ASAP to even have a chance to consider it. Once Justin got a sense of what I wanted he was able to vet properties upfront to minimize time spent viewing. Ultimately, we found a great home and we are so excited to start making it our own.
