Upon deciding to buy a house I went to Collin Bruce Dominion Lending Centre and my mortgage broker there introduced me to Justin Layton, a certified real estate agent. Over the course of six months Justin and myself looked at multiple properties, some great and some not so great. Justin's level of knowledge and calm was always top shelf. He always had a positive attitude and he said to me that he was never about trying to get people to spend more than they could afford. When he finally found the home that I purchased I really liked it almost immediately and using maybe a little bit of a sales pitch (LOL) he said the place seemed like a good fit for me. I would just like to say that me not knowing much about the real estate business, working with Justin has been top shelf and if you're looking for a home to buy, get ahold of Justin Layton, you'll never go wrong.

If I could give Justin more than 5 stars I would. Buying a house is one of the most stressful and big decisions you will ever make. Justin was recommended to use and I’m so happy we went with him. From day one he was great at explaining everything. Patient throughout the process and knowledgeable in every single way possible. You can tell he cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone. Seriously not enough can be said about him

Simply the best. We reached out to Justin about selling our first home and what it might look like for purchasing a larger home in the future. We didn't really have a timeline and things were slow rolling but he did not hesitate to get us an assessment and provide information on what we could expect for our home despite knowing we might need a few months to make a decision. His patience was super appreciated as he was always willing to answer questions or do some house searching for us even though things were looking like we couldn't move anytime soon. Then when things changed for us and we began to aggressively search for a new house he was quick to match our pace from 0-100, he was able to get us into any house we were interested in with short notice. And even recommended a few strong options that weren't on our radar. When we finally found the home we believed was our dream home and he fought for us to get it at the lowest price the seller would go. Both transactions were handled perfectly on his part despite some hang ups from the buyer of our first homes realtor being slightly mismanaged. Doing the final walk through with him when we got our keys to the new house you could tell he was truly excited for us to find a place to grow and call home. It didn't feel like we were just another sale before the end of the year. He seriously raised the bar and I hope everyone could experience the high caliber of professionalism and service he provides. I will be doing all of my real estate purchases and sales through him for as long as he's still doing it as you would be hard pressed to find anyone more capable and generous. Again, simply the best.
