<p>Julia was a very tenacious agent. As a seller we appreciated her thorough explanation of the game plan and were kept informed at each step of the way. The transaction unfolded as planned and the result exceeded our expectations by a wide margin, selling for well over ask.</p> <p>Her professionalism and experience showed in how everything fell in to place as first described, and the result was a transaction that we could not be happier with. Julia's eye for detail in the specifics that make up the many moving parts of a sale really sets her apart. <p>I'm a retired widow in my 80's. After being "renovicted" from my rental condo in Yaletown I decided to purchase my own apartment for future security and stability. I've never purchased a home by myself and Julia made the process as easy as it could be considering I was overwhelmed. I was a bit indecisive and not sure where to live since I was priced out of Yaletown as a buyer. After looking around at different areas Julia found me the perfect neighborhood, close to downtown but more affordable and everything I need is within walking distance or transit (I no longer drive). She was able to get me in to see the unit before it went "public" with an open house and we were able to solidify a deal. She also helped me find a mortgage person and made that easy too. My sons cannot believe how much patience Julia had with me. They would certainly not have put as much time and effort into the hunt as she did. Julia is a true professional and a star. As much as I would like to use her again, I'm hoping this apartment will last me the rest of my life.</p>

<p>Julia was well informed, knowledgeable and contacted the City Hall office to ask about issues that another realtors would not do without asking. We got a smoking deal on the home we purchased and it is mostly due to her expertise and guidance.</p> <p>Couldn't recommend her any higher than we already do.</p>
