As a young, first time buyer, she generously answered all of his questions and anticipated others. It was not only a great buying experience, but also a wonderful learning experience. <p>I have worked with several realtors over my 7 transactions of buying and selling my 4 homes over the last 20 years or so. Julia was by far the best experience, and by a long shot. Julia was recently my selling and buying agent and is the first realtor I've dealt with that I felt really had my best interest in mind. When a viable deal seemed a possibility, and an easy close, she was willing to push me and back me up with more effort on her part if needed. Same with the buying experience - her experience came through in the writing of my contract, and this became more apparent when it came time to taking possession and moving.
