Julia has been just lovely to work with! As a first-time home buyer I appreciate all the hand-holding, support, and detailed walk-throughs I got in the process. This already-overwhelming process will be much easier because of the support you get because: - Julia asks very specific questions from you so she can show you listings that match exactly what you're looking for AND what you don't even know you need :) - You won't need to worry about being left in the dark - she is very transparent and honest - She has great knowledge of the neighbourhoods she takes you to, and an outstanding knowledge of how to spot quality-built properties - She will make sure you don't miss any important dates/tasks - You will have everything you need to make a fully informed decision in making an offer, inspecting the property, and removing subjects Needless to say you will be in good hands as I felt very confident in every step of the way with Julia! As a first time home buyer. I wasn't sure what to expect when looking for an agent. I originally found Julia on RankMyAgent when looking for someone to help me find and purchase a condo in Vancouver. As soon as I called, Julia made an effort to understand what I was looking for and started sending over places within my criteria and budget. She helped me understand the current market trends during COVID, what to look out for when viewing a unit, and always sent over sales data of similar units when I expressed interest in a unit. When I found two places that I was particularly interested in, each very different but promising in their own way, Julia helped set my expectations and offer price, and helped me make an offer in the unit I was most excited about that was ultimately accepted. I also expressed interest in renovating at some point in the near future, and Julia went out of her way to help get a quote from a painter, recommend stores to purchase appliances and other materials, and gave advice on areas to focus on to get the best return on investment when I ultimately sell at some point in the future. Julia helped ensure efficient communication between all involved, including referring me to a mortgage broker, and ensured that we could get everything necessary within a tight timeline once the offer was accepted. Overall, Julia made a clear and determined effort over the course of my search to help me find what I was looking for. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the process of searching for and buying my first home as smooth as I hoped it could have been, especially given the crazy state of the market. I would absolutely recommend Julia to anyone looking for an agent in the area, and I hope to work with her again in the future.

We had a great experience working with Julia. She's incredibly thoughtful, strategic, organized and patient. She truly took the time to get to know us in order to help us find our dream home. We learned so much about the process/strategy and Julia was completely open with her knowledge. Julia worked continuously in our best interest and proved that she had exceptional expertise about our chosen neighbourhood and always had helpful remarks for each of the units we viewed. She was able to efficiently organize the timing of our viewings and throughout the process made sure we felt informed and engaged. Julia was a great realtor for us. She has a very organic approach. We were all over the place in our expectations, she patiently listened to us, asked us to write a list of whats important to us, both myself and my wife and ultimately helped us finding our dream home. Even after the purchased she followed up with us, sending move in/out checklist, and warranty check ups. We loved having her as our agent.
