Julia was the first realtor that I called and I am glad that I did that. I decided right away to use her service even though she would be away for 3 weeks' vacation the next day as I felt she is patient, honest, and knowledgeable. She even emailed me with listings during her vacation. As a first time buyer, I needed a lot of guidance and Julia always patiently answered my questions. She is very organized and reminded me the steps through the buying process. I was actually a little surprised to be able to buy our first property in a short period of time in this competitive sellers' market. I will definitely recommend her.
