My husband and I LOVED working with Joyce - as first time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect throughout the entire process, and truthfully felt a bit overwhelmed before meeting Joyce. She made the entire process feel effortless - a few things we specifically loved about Joyce; 1. Joyce took the time to get to know my husband and I - to understand what we were looking for in a home, what we were hoping the space would be for us, and our goal for our first home. 2. Joyce helped to educate us on things to look for in our homes - regularly pointing out things we hadn't noticed or supplying us with the facts about a house so that we could have a well-informed discussion about pursuing the home. 3. We never felt any pressure to pursue homes we didn't love OR we felt didn't check our "big" boxes. Joyce was always incredibly supportive of our decisions and did a great job of providing space for my husband and I to mull over our decisions, and kept us in good spirits that the right house would come along (and it did!) Joyce was always incredibly communicative, imparted a wealth of knowledge on neighbourhoods and house specs, and was always very professional! Bottom line - we felt Joyce really cared about finding us the right house, and we cannot recommend working with Joyce highly enough.
