It was our first time selling a house! We would have been lost without Joyce, our realtor. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind and very patient ! She answered all of our questions, and if she was unsure about anything, she would find the answer and get back to us. She helped us navigated through a few situation that we would not have been able to do on our own. She also explained anything that was confusing to us.
