Joyce has been a great resource when buying or selling. I am someone that is constantly online myself looking at houses and yet the last 2 I bought were ones she found and said I would like. She gets to know her clients and what they want, then she finds it. I’ve purchased 5 properties with Joyce and she sold my last place in 3 days! Can’t recommend enough.

Joyce did a fantastic job of finding us our first house. She found us houses that were within our requested budget, size, and location. She was patient and answered all our questions to the best of her ability. We really appreciate the hard work Joyce put in for us to find us our home.

She is honest when the client needs honesty as sometimes she knew better than we what was best for us. Her smile is infectious and her true friendship is genuine and it was such a pleasure to work with her on both transactions. We highly recommend Joyce to any client. Patience is what she specializes in and for sure that was so important to us.
