Joyce Clarke has to be the best agent I have ever worked on both the sale of my home in 2019 and the purchase of my new home in 2020. Joyce brings to the table years of experience and patiences beyond measure. She does her homework on her cllients and helps guide them in the direction they want to go. She is honest when the client needs honesty as sometimes she knew better than we what was best for us. Her smile is infectious and her true friendship is genuine and it was such a pleasure to work with her on both transactions. We highly recommend Joyce to any client. Patience is what she specializes in and for sure that was so important to us.

Joyce was an exceptional agent, because of this factor I had her sell both my house and cottage. In both cases she helped me understand the market in the locations of my properties.
