She was great at giving us pointers on how to prepare the house for showings. Once we were ready the house sold for over asking and in 9 days. We were over the moon with her service. Anyone, in our opinion, would be lucky to have her as an agent.</p>

Joyce did a great job in finding a house for me considering I was buying from out of province. I had really no idea where I wanted to live except that I did require high speed internet as I work from home. The search went from one coast to the other until I figured being close to Halifax was the best. We had a few challenges and a some good laughs..but in the end it all worked out.
