Everything from coordinating an assessment to determine if we had a potential oil tank issue (we didn’t and benefited from being able to declare this to potential buyers) to the staging, photography/videography and marketing of our home was TOP NOTCH! The results said as much, with 9 offers over asking and a sizeable bump through the negotiation process, leaving us as a very happy couple. It doesn't get any more nerve-wracking than buying your first apartment but Jon's services were absolutely stellar.
