This was the third time that we worked with Jon. He sold us our first apartment, and sold it for us when we wanted to upgrade to the place he helped us purchase this year. Jon was always organized and provided in depth informative comparative analysis for each property we were interested in to help with our decisions and to decide on the best strategy. He was always honest and listened to our thoughts without pushing us in any direction. He was a great communicator and we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. He’s personable, funny, and an all-around great guy. When we found “the place” he worked hard to make sure we got it at a price we felt good about. We started our search without pretty much any knowledge about the process, we lucked into Jon who was really helpful and patiently explained the process and what we should do to even start the process of searching for our home. Later he was very helpful when viewing the homes and giving us his honest opinion. I really think he wanted us to find a good home that was right for us and that we would be happy moving in to it. He went through the documents and helped us navigate and understand more about the history of the buildings and what to expect or where to avoid. Overall a really good person to work with, super accessible and always ready to answer all the questions we had. This would be the 3rd time my wife and I have worked with Jon, and this is for good reason as Jon has been an absolutely wonderful person to have as a resource, in this insane Vancouver real estate market. Related to our most recent purchase, he was very reliable and went above and beyond to insure we were well informed and had comfort moving forward. We have always found him to be honest and very knowledgeable and we trust his insights. We would definitely recommend Jon, if you are in the market to find a Realtor!!

Jon has been an invaluable real estate agent since I met him a few years ago. Initially I was planning on purchasing a 2nd property in Vancouver and was more than impressed with the detailed analysis provided by Jon for each inquiry I had. I then decided to move to Vancouver Island and bought a house. I decided to sell my condo in Vancouver as it requires a full envelope repair in the next 2 to 3 years which made it more challenging to sell for the price we wanted. Jon went above and beyond and was able to find a buyer in short order at a price above our expectations. I highly recommend Jon for either buying or selling.

Jon did a great job of setting my expectations from the very beginning of my purchase process. As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what I was taking on when I decided to buy a home. We talked about non-negotiables, he set me up in his system so I could see all of the listings right away and went to tour numerous properties. Jon does a great job of considering the little details like bringing the listings for each unit along with a clipboard and a pen so you can make notes. He took the time with me after each showing to debrief and talk about how we want to move forward. I ended up in the best neighbourhood and I love my home. Thanks Jon!

Jon is an amazing realtor and we were so thankful to have him guiding us through the daunting process of buying our first home. We were searching in a crazy time and what we loved so much about working with him was that he was always very realistic and honest. We felt that all our questions were answered in the most helpful way possible, with a deep understanding of the Vancouver market and the humility to push us to form our own opinions. We felt that Jon cared a lot about helping us find a great home, and really appreciated his telling us when he didn't think something was good enough for us. All in all he made the process fun and exciting, when it could have been quite stressful, and we valued his help so much.
