Jon is an absolutely amazing realtor. In three words: engaged, educated, and empathetic. I was introduced to Jon through my partner, who had previously worked with Jon in purchasing her condo a few years back. He was engaged in the months leading up to our final commitments towards hunting and buying, indulging us in some market discussions. And when we decided to start jumping in, Jon was super-engaged in helping us find the right home for us. He listens earnestly, and understood what we were looking for even before we could describe it. Even while we jumped around from looking in the greater Vancouver area to look into Squamish, he kindly joined us there for a quick Saturday tour too... and even more importantly patiently understood as we changed our minds again and focused back into Vancouver area. Through it all, Jon was always willing to share his perspective, doing so in an informative way that helped us make our decisions. When it came time to offer, his willingness to share perspective really helped assure us through the process as well. And it certainly wasn't an easy one; negotiations took a bit of back and forth, and Jon was calm and kept us moving forward through it. He helped us understand what things have been significant issues in sales in the past, and got us looking past the superficial things. Ultimately, we ended up with a wonderful new home, and a lot of that was due to having Jon on our team.

Jon is a gem of a realtor. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling in the Vancouver area. He is knowledgeable and genuinely looks out for you, which is a rare experience with realtors in this market.
