<p>John was extremely professional and willing to answer all of our questions. He was well versed in the local community and the residential value surrounding us. No question was ignored or dismissed as he listened to our concerns and also brought to light some issues we failed to notice.</p>

<p>I believe the best part of working with John was his honesty, he told us what we needed to hear,not what we wanted to hear. With that being said as we moved forward with realistic expectations. Within no time there was a sold sign in the front yard and I believe it was a win-win for both us and the buyers. John relieved so much of the anxiety from this whole process as he took the time to always communicate with us exactly where we were in the process of the sell of the house.<br /> When asked if I would suggest a real estate agent to others, I respond with I would not use anyone else. John gave of service. He didn't just sell the house and do up the paperwork.</p>
