I sought John out initially as I was aware that he had recently sold properties is my area, and I was curious about his name Surtees which had some significant connections for me. John is very professional in business, he ensures that clients are well versed in what is involved in selling property. He kept me well informed and provided feed-back after house showings and open house. I found John to be tactful in how he addressed situations and was careful not to impose his opinions on situations of influence. John did a great job staging my house, and creating the marketing plan, then carrying it through with the help of his great team! They were a joy to work with and kept in touch with me the whole time, until my house sold! I have highly recommended him to a family member who is looking for a new place.
