John Surtees was a pleasure to work with. His friendly empathetic approach worked well with a tenant that was had created difficulties in scheduling the house for showing. John was tough but fair and without his peoples skills I’m sure we have had more difficulties with the tenant. As it was the house was sold and all parties parted as friends. Thanks John!
