Joanna is an excellent realtor. This was my first home purchase experience, and she helped me navigate the experience by answering all of my questions thoroughly and explaining all of the steps of the process along the way. I found her recommendations to be very helpful as well, as it can be a bit overwhelming trying to find, for example, a home inspector on your own without knowing much about about the industry. Joanna is thoughtful and very professional, and the experience working with her was very enjoyable.

She pays attention to what you are looking for & she is patient (it took a long time to find what I was wanting ). Made the process easy for a first time buyer.
