Joanna is an excellent realtor. This was my first home purchase experience, and she helped me navigate the experience by answering all of my questions thoroughly and explaining all of the steps of the process along the way. I found her recommendations to be very helpful as well, as it can be a bit overwhelming trying to find, for example, a home inspector on your own without knowing much about about the industry. Joanna is thoughtful and very professional, and the experience working with her was very enjoyable.

We were selling a condominium in a hot housing market but not so for condominiums. In this complex there were 6 other units for sale. Joanna brought in a stagger to make suggestions to make the place more attractive. We were unfamiliar with the selling of a condo, but Joanna had the experience needed and looked after what needed to be done and guided us through it. She priced our condo I think properly and worked hard on getting it sold. Once a offer came in she worked with the other realtor to get to where we needed to be. She explained the steps throughout and communicated with us constantly. Throughout our whole time dealing with Joanna we felt comfortable and confident. She’s knowledgeable, caring, and a true professional. I’m glad we listed with her and will use her again the next time we need a realtor.
