Best real estate agent ever. Joanna helped with everything beyond her responsibilities. I used to be a real estate broker and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to ease our move and fund the right place.

I was brand new to the home buyers game and Joanna Benvenuto helped me every step of the way! She definitely knows her stuff! Any questions I had she would answer quickly and if she didn't have the answer she would find it quickly!

Since I moved to Edmonton in 1979, I have worked with a number of real estate agents. I started working with Joanna Benvenuto when I needed to sell a house that two other agents had been unable to sell. In total, she has helped me buy and sell two houses and three condos. Her greatest strength is her ability to listen and make sure she understands exactly what you are looking for as a buyer. If you are selling, she will do a thorough comparison of your home to what else is listed in your neighborhood. She is incredibly professional and understands the Edmonton market very well. Whether you are a buyer or seller, Joanna will get the job done for you.

Joanna was a great and easy to deal with, we were pretty specific on what we were looking for and immediately she put us on our own search and would send us all the houses that fell into our qualifications, and therefore did not have to waste our time looking through ones that would not work. She was very knowledgeable, and would answer any questions we had, if she did not know the answer, she was not afraid to tell us, that she did not know, but would look into it. She did and always got back to us promptly, even the same day. She was simple to work with and did not pressure you to buy a house if you were not comfortable or ready. She has a very good eye, catching problems at many houses that we ourselves would have not noticed on first look. When we wanted to see a house she was prompt and got us in the see it within a few days, and one of my favorites, she was happy to go see houses, just to see them, as she agrees it is important to see a large handful of houses before decided what you would like best. Joanna was an overall great relator and we would definitely recommend her to friends and family, or anyone looking for a friendly, easygoing, knowledgeable relator.

Joanna was such a lovely person to work with! Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, she ensured I had enough information about the area, building, and process and was always proactive in finding me answers for any questions or concerns I had. Everything was done quickly and smoothly, making what I thought would be a stressful process actually enjoyable. Her experience really shows, especially with condos (which is what I was personally looking for). During showings, she would often point out defects or perks that I would have otherwise missed, and also compared to previous and current listings. Her recommendation to see multiple units in the same building was especially useful! She kept me up-to-date on the market and often compared listings I was interested in to ensure it was listed at a reasonable price. Above all, Joanna made the decision-making process much easier by making sure I had all the information I needed and then some, and being there to walk me through unfamiliar territory. Plus, she was always a joy to be around!

Joanna helped me purchase my very first home. I had a lot of anxiety about making a wrong decision or missing something critical which it totally normal when you're brand new to the process, but Joanna was very reassuring. She educated me so much that I actually feel confident in helping others navigate their purchase now! I found Joanna professional, punctual, and quick to take action. I can't recall a single time where I was waiting on her anxiously, whether for a call back or to arrange a showing. I really appreciated how she made her own careful observations about each place and pointed things out that I would've never thought to look for. She's also very patient; I never once felt pressured to make a decision. Joanna is like a second mom to me. I feel like she put as much care and and attention into helping me find the perfect fit as if I were one of her own daughters. She has even checked in several times since my possession date just to make sure I'm still happy! She genuinely cares and I could really feel that. 10/10 recommend her!
