Joanna was a pleasure to work with, she made my husband and I very comfortable. We felt she was always there to answer our questions, and it was never difficult to get a hold of her. We had listed with another agent and in the first 3 months we had only one showing of our property. He did nothing to sell the house. When we listed with Joanna, she had 3 viewings in the first week! While it did take some time to sell the house due to a poor market, Joanna never gave up. She worked hard to get our property sold.

If we ever have to buy or sell a home again, we would absolutely work with Joanna in the future. She would be our first choice!
