Where do I begin. Joanna was recommended to us by a current client of hers and friend of mine, its easy to why she came so highly recommended. This was my fiancé and I's first foray into the home buying process. We had ideas and aspirations of what we wanted in our first purchase, as I'm sure most do. Joanna was able to help us narrow the focus of what made sense for us as a couple. We had a very large list of wants and needs and no idea where to start. This is where Joanna stepped in and took the lead. She was incredibly knowledgeable on everything you'd expect your Real Estate professional to be, and everything you had no idea there could be. I definitely believe that we were difficult clients to work with, as our tastes and desires changed with every viewing, but Joanna kept on working diligently (perhaps never taking a day off) in finding us what it was we had been looking for the entire time. We searched for homes for months, even putting in a few offers. Unfortunately for us, the market being what is was this year (2021, red hot), we weren't able to close on the few offers we put in. Discouraging for us, but not for Joanna. She kept on plugging away (again perhaps never taking a moment off). Joanna came across a property that checked off all of our boxes and she set to work to secure the deal. A few hours later we were pending and not much longer after that, we had purchased our first property. To sum this up, Joanna was everything I could have asked for and more. She worked closely with us from the initial stages to the closing of the deal. She was knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, stunningly hard working. I couldn't recommend Joanna quickly enough to anyone looking to buy their first home, forever home, or an investment property. Whatever you feel like you may know about real estate, Joanna will still have something to teach you. It was a pleasure working with her and I'm sure that is the same for all of her clients, previous and future. Thank you to Joanna for helping us achieve what we set out to achieve.

We loved working with Joanna. She is a professional; having extensive knowledge of the market and knowing how to list a home with fair market value. But what we really appreciated, was that she took such a personal interest in our family, she really did want the best outcome for us. Joanna is so easy to work with! She made the selling process as stress free as it could possibly be by her openness in explaining process, pricing, costs, etc. She is very friendly, supportive and helpful. I interviewed 3 realtor and chose Joanna. Joanna priced the property looking at “comparables” like other realtors, but then gave serious consideration to unique attributes that set the house apart. She priced higher than others and was willing to work hard for me. I am happy with Joanna and would definitely use Joanna again to buy or sell.

I can't tell you how fortunate i was to have Joanna as a realtor. She was referred to me by my mortgage specialist and i can't thank her enough for the recommendation. When i first started thinking about purchasing a home i researched on what to expect, what to look out for, cost associated, types of homes...it helped but, Joanna was there to fill in all the blanks, clue me in on what to expect, coach me and help deal with the stress and worries i wasn't anticipating. She made the experience of buying what it should be, a wonderful new beginning.

Joanna has so much experience and knowledge about properties and the market, it was an easy process for us. The market has been crazy with houses going so quickly but Joanna was very responsive, getting us into places as soon as she could. We're first-time buyers so the whole process was new to us but she explained things well, made us aware of things to cautious of and kept it within our price range. We got the house we wanted in the neighbourhood we wanted because of her negotiation skills. I highly recommend working with Joanna, she was fantastic.

Joanna is amazing! Looking for homes, she was patient and willing to see a range of places with no rush or pressure, and took all of my needs into account during the search. She provided a lot of advice on what to do during negotiation and inspections, and walked me through each step. She was always willing to take the time to answer questions, look up more information, collect needed documents, and make the entire process much less intimidating. I highly recommend her.
